HISTORY AND OWNERSHIP
The Lipscomb & Pitts Breakfast Club was founded in 2005. Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance has owned the Lipscomb & Pitts Breakfast Club since 2007.

PURPOSE
The purpose of the Lipscomb & Pitts Breakfast Club is to "Develop Business Relationships.. Period." We are committed to selecting the best members in each of their core business categories and dedicated to helping each of the members grow their relationships. We know people do business with people they know, and business is about relationships. We encourage members to partner together to form business relationships that will be mutally beneficial.

EVENTS
The Lipscomb & Pitts Breakfast Club has many events to bring members together. The most well-known is the breakfast with over 200 executives attending each month. We also offer additional networking and enrichment opportunities for members such as Roundtables, Executive Luncheons and other member-only events.

CHARITY SPOTLIGHT
Three charities each year are honored by the Lipscomb & Pitts Breakfast Club. The Charity Spotlight recognizes deserving charities who are serving the Memphis community. Each charity receives a 3 month Breakfast Club membership and recognition at 3 breakfast events throughout the year. Previous Charity Spotlights are AGAPE Child & Family Services and the Boy Scouts of America.
